US residients: I can take paypal, money orders, western union transfer, or cash. Sorry, I no longer accept personal checks. I charge $6 for priority mail shipping w/delivery confirmation regardless of how many cels you want. Insurance is extra & optional.
NON US residents: I can take paypal or western union transfer. If this is a problem just let me know. Shipping cost vary depending on what country you live in. I usually ship cel by Global Priority Mail which averages around $10. Just email me for an exact estimate ^_^
